The workshop will include four Mysore and one led Primary class, as well as daily workshops to address the specific topics related to the focus of the practice week. This week will focus on the primary series and how to deepen your practice as well as learning to teach beginners in your community.

• Functional Anatomy

The workshop will include four Mysore and one led Primary class, as well as daily workshops to address the specific topics above. Held in-person as well as online for those who wish to participate virtually. A zoom link will be emailed a few days prior to the workshop for anyone attending remotely.
