Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, our remote classes are a great opportunity to practice with us from anywhere!

Here’s some tips to help you be prepared for your first class:

1.  Pre-register for REMOTE classes.

Set up a profile and register through MINDBODY. Once registered, you will receive an email link to sign-in to the Zoom class. Please use the name that you registered with as your Zoom display name.

2. Show up on Zoom within the time window.

You can login at any time within the window of the class, as long as you have enough time to finish your practice. If it is your first class, plan for it to be around 30-45 minutes.

3.  Set up your camera so that the teacher can see you.

It is important the teacher has a good view to be able to provide the best feedback while you practice.

4.  Please mute yourself unless you need to ask a question.

Throughout the class, the teacher will be speaking to everyone in the class, so it’s important we reduce background noise. You can always unmute yourself and ask a question, but be mindful and treat it as you would a Mysore room and keep discussion focused on your practice.
